Saanvi Singal is an eleven-year-old going into 6th grade. She really loves to read and write. She is happy to have published a book. Her favorite book series is the Harry Potter series. She loves doing activities with her friends related to magic, potions, Witchcraft and Wizardry. For fun, Saanvi loves to play video games and musical instruments such as the flute and the piano. The main character in this book, Isabel, is based on Saanvi and is a reflection of Saanvi’s own personality. They both love animals, books, and have the same interests. Saanvi lives in Manhattan with her Mom, Dad and little sister.
